依據《消費者保護法》規定，網路購物消費者享有商品到貨後七天的鑑賞期（非試用期）。
起算方式：七日鑑賞期以商品到貨日的郵戳或物流公司配送資訊為準。
定義：鑑賞期旨在供您檢視商品是否與描述相符，並非提供試戴、試用或改變心意的權利。退換貨僅適用於商品與敘述嚴重不符或存在重大瑕疵的情況。
瑕疵認定：重大瑕疵需經由本公司或第三方專業鑑定單位（如 GIA、NGTC 或合作鑑定所）確認。天然寶石常見的內含物、輕微拋光痕跡或色澤差異，均不屬於瑕疵範疇。
無法辦理退換貨之情況
基於商品完整性、衛生安全與拍賣公平原則，有以下情況之一者，恕不接受退換貨：
商品已非全新狀態：商品經使用、配戴、試戴，或有刮痕、磨損、髒污、損壞等非新品狀態。
包裝不完整：商品原廠包裝、外盒、保證卡、證書、配件等任何隨附物品不齊全或損壞。
客製化商品：依個人需求製作或調整尺寸的商品（如刻字、改圍）。
安全與衛生考量：涉及直接接觸身體之商品，拆封後恕不退換，例如：耳環、耳勾、鼻環、口含玉器、髮夾、髮飾、臉部或眼部飾品。
海外訂單：跨境訂單恕不適用七日鑑賞期，且相關稅費、清關責任由買方自負。
惡意下單與不當退貨
惡意下單：依《民法》規定，買賣契約於下單或得標時即成立，買方應履行付款義務。若惡意棄標，帝國珠寶得請求損害賠償；若影響公司商譽或營運，將保留法律追訴權。
不當退貨：若退回商品經檢測後發現遭人為損壞、掉包或與原始出貨不符，帝國珠寶有權拒絕退貨並立即報警，依法追訴刑事責任。
濫用退貨權利：若買方多次退貨造成營運負擔，帝國珠寶得拒絕其後續交易。
退貨流程
如您符合退貨條件，請於七日鑑賞期內提出申請，並依以下流程進行：
聯繫客服：請先聯繫帝國珠寶官方客服，提供訂單編號與退貨原因。

寄回商品：請勿未經聯繫自行寄回，以免造成延誤或遺失。
檢測期：本公司收到商品後，將於 5–7 個工作日內進行檢測與比對，確認無誤後方可退款。
退款方式：退款將以原支付方式退回，恕不提供現金退款。若涉及跨境支付，相關銀行手續費由買方自行負擔。

Empire Jewelry Return and Exchange Policy
At Empire Jewelry, we are committed to providing the highest quality jewelry products and services. To safeguard your rights and ensure transparency, please read the following return and exchange policy carefully.
Important Notes Before Purchase
Due to the unique nature and high value of jewelry, please confirm your order thoroughly before placing a bid or purchase:
Carefully Review Product Information: Please read all product descriptions in detail, including size, weight, material, and gemstone grade, and examine the provided photos and videos thoroughly.
Rational Bidding: Auction and limited-edition items are of special nature. Please bid rationally and avoid impulse purchases.
Colour and Weight Disclaimer: Product images may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography environment, and screen displays. Such differences are considered normal and shall not be grounds for return. For natural gemstones and jewelry items, a variance of ±0.1 carat or ±5% of the total weight is within the accepted tolerance and shall not be deemed a defect.
Seven-Day Inspection Period
In accordance with the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act, online shoppers are entitled to a seven-day inspection period starting from the date of product receipt (this is not a trial period).
Calculation: The seven-day period is based on the delivery date as shown on postal or logistics records.
Definition: The inspection period is intended for you to verify whether the product matches its description, and is not a right to try on, test, or change your mind. Returns or exchanges apply only if the product is significantly inconsistent with its description or contains a major defect.
Defect Verification: Any claim of major defects must be verified by Empire Jewelry or a recognized third-party gemological institution (e.g., GIA, NGTC, or our partner labs). Common natural inclusions, minor polishing marks, or colour variances are not considered defects.
Conditions Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
For reasons of product integrity, hygiene, and fairness in auction transactions, returns and exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Non-New Condition: Items that have been used, worn, tried on, scratched, stained, damaged, or altered from their original state.
Incomplete Packaging: Missing or damaged original packaging, outer boxes, warranty cards, certificates, or any accompanying accessories.
Customized Items: Items altered or produced based on personal requests (e.g., engraving, resizing).
Safety and Hygiene Considerations: Any items that involve direct bodily contact cannot be returned once opened. This includes earrings, ear hooks, nose rings, oral jadeware, hair accessories, and facial or eye ornaments.
Overseas Orders: Cross-border orders are not subject to the seven-day inspection period. Buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or clearance issues.
Malicious Orders and Improper Returns
Malicious Orders: Under the Civil Code, a sales contract is deemed valid once an order or auction bid is placed. Buyers are obliged to complete payment. In cases of malicious defaults, Empire Jewelry reserves the right to claim damages. If such conduct affects the company’s reputation or operations, we may pursue legal action.
Improper Returns: If returned items are found to be intentionally damaged, substituted, or inconsistent with the original shipment, Empire Jewelry reserves the right to reject the return, report to authorities, and pursue criminal liability (fraud or property damage).
Abuse of Return Rights: Customers with repeated or unreasonable return behaviour may be barred from future transactions with Empire Jewelry.
Return Procedure
If you meet the conditions for return, you must apply within the seven-day inspection period and follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Please contact our official customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

Do Not Return Without Notice: Please do not send items back without prior contact, to avoid delays or loss.
Inspection Period: Once received, Empire Jewelry will conduct an inspection and verification within 5–7 business days. Refunds or exchanges will only proceed if the product is confirmed to be in its original condition.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method only. Cash refunds are not available. For cross-border payments, all related banking fees shall be borne by the buyer.
